Set in the placid outer district of Ottakring, at the outskirts of the city but still not far from the city centre, this apartment building offers the perfect base for your weekend break or your business trip.

Public transport

An underground station (U3) and a stop of tram line 2 are nearby the apartment. It only takes a few minutes to get to Vienna’s sights along Ringstraße, St. Stephen’s cathedral or the elegant shopping mile around Kärntner Straße, Graben und Kohlmarkt.

Parking

You can park your car directly in the Lorenz-Mandlgasse, please consider the short-time parking zone weekdays from 9am to 7pm. For a longer stay use the parking garage Kendlerstrasse for €4.-/per day.

Infrastructure

Thaliastraße with its great variety of shops is only a few walking minutes away. A coin-operated laundry (Green and Clean, Thaliastrasse 7) is located in direct vicinity of the apartments. A stone’s throw away you will find the Brunnenmarkt outdoor market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and various gastronomic specialties and enjoy a meal or take a break in one of the many cosy restaurants or street cafés at Yppenplatz.

The nearby Wienerwald woods and vineyards are the perfect place for walks, hikes or mountain bike tours. If you are interested in exploring the Viennese Heurigen tradition, you will find a few typical places within walking distance, for instance “10er Marie” – Vienna’s oldest Heurigen, which is classified as an historical monument.
